Bunny's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Bunny's Story...
This tiny guy's name is Bunny. Bunny just turned 1 year old and loves to dance and run, or rather, bounce around! We think he's a wire-haired terrier + chihuahua mix, weighing just about 2 lbs. He can be very shy upon meeting, but has never shown an ounce of aggression. He is currently in foster care and gets along great with his dog and cat roommates, but would likely prefer a quieter household.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bunny, a Walnut Creek Wirehaired Fox Terrier/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Wirehaired Fox Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Walnut Creek, or seeking a Wirehaired Fox Terrier/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Walnut Creek.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walnut Creek already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walnut Creek breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Wirehaired Fox Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Wirehaired Fox Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walnut Creek paves the way for another one to be saved.
