Mia is a beautiful mix with a short coat of white and red. If you look closely at her tail, you'll see the white tip which is a characteristic of a Beagle. She could have some in her breed some where down the line. Our girl, Mia, is about a year old, and she weighs almost 30 lbs. Her foster says Mia always smiles, probably because she's a happy and playful girl. She loves everyone and is great with other dogs. Did you know that the name Mia in Latin means 'mine' or 'wished-for-child.' Why don't you take Mia home, and when someone asked who she belongs to, you can just say, 'She's mine. We've been wishing for a dog like this for a long time.' She's been wishing for you, too. (posted 7/12/16, ME, N/A)
