Mia is a beautiful mix with a short coat of white and red. If you look closely at her tail, you'll see the white tip which is a characteristic of a Beagle. She could have some in her breed some where down the line. Our girl, Mia, is between 1 and 1 1/2 years old, and she weighs almost 30 lbs. Her foster says Mia always smiles, probably because she's a happy and playful girl. Her foster says she'd be great at agility, too! She loves everyone and is great with other dogs. Did you know that the name Mia in Latin means 'mine' or 'wished-for-child.' Why don't you take Mia home, and when someone asks who she belongs to, you can just say, 'She's mine. We've been wishing for a dog like this for a long time.' She's been wishing for you, too. (posted 7/12/16, ME, N/A)(updated 1/11/17)
**It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our wonderful dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our many years in rescue.**
As Celebrate Home Dogs, the total fee, which includes adoption and transport, is only $200.00. This isn't because the dog is worth less. It's because they're worth more. We want dogs like these in your home as quickly as possible. They have been waiting too long, and they need their own beds (or yours) in their own home. More importantly, they need your love.
The adoption fee for Mia covers quarantine, worming, all vaccines, heartworm testing, heartworm and tick/flea preventatives, neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records.
Adoption Fee: $100.00
Transport Fee: $100.00
