Meet Gidget, she is 1 yr 6 mo old and is about 12 lbs. We believe she is a Parson Russell Terrier mix.
What we know so far about Gidget is she was a stray picked up by animal control along with her 4 mo old puppy Winnie that is also for adoption thru ahome4spot.com.
Gidget was very, very scared at the shelter and failed her behavior evaluation and they deemed her as not adoptable. She was listed on rescue only with hopes of saving her life so Ahome4spot saw her and had to save her life. She does not trust people yet but is starting to come around in her foster home and needs a quiet home with an experienced adopter who can continue with her trust issues. She has started to climb up on her foster moms lap for attention so she is coming around.
Gidget is a perfect little lady with other dogs, uses the doggie door and is kennel trained, Gidget is working on leash training. We believe that she has been hurt while on the leash so she needs to feel a leash is not a bad thing.
