Audry is a great little southern girl who clearly had a loving family before finding herself in a shelter. She's traveled to Mn to find her 2nd chance at a happy life. We can't be sure what exactly her breed mix is, but we believe she is a Terrier mixed with either Chihuahua or Miniature Pincher. She is dog social and extremely sweet once you win her over.
Audry does have a bit of a 'prey' drive so a home without cats or other small critters would be best.
Audry is initially bashful around new people. She will hide and bark until she feels safe around them. But, give her a few hours to check you out and once you gain her trust all she'll want is your attention. We think likely her trust issues are from her time spent in the shelter.
** At this time we are seeking a home for her with no children or with kids over the age of 12 years
There is just something about her eyes when you look at her that makes you fall in love with her.
