Makita is a gorgeous treasure of a dog! She is a healthy, 5-year old, female Akita with a thousand positive attributes. Makita is gentle with people, loves and gives affection, is loyal, clean, mellow, only barks when necessary, likes toys and play, is funny, gentle with food, well trained and easy on a leash. She is also a happy traveler in the car. “Kita” is super intelligent, wants to please and has gone through obedience training.
Makita is spayed, micro chipped, up to date on vaccines, housebroken and on heartworm and flea prevention. She likes being with her family but can successfully be left in the house or backyard for a reasonable span of time. She thrives on daily walks on a leash.
Makita will be a gift to anyone who is lucky enough to have her. Her perfect new person or family would be able to provide her with a stable and forever home as the ONLY dog/animal. She has always been friendly with children when we are walking her on leash or if friends bring their children to visit. She would be happiest in a living environment with a backyard where her family members are around to give her the attention she deserves. Makita presently resides in Orland, Northern California.
