Little Saige embodies true spirit. She has been through some very tough times, but her future is very bright. The person or family who adopts this girl will receive many wonderful blessings.
Saige's story: She was picked up by animal control in the summer with her three nursing puppies. She remained in the general population of all dogs there for about a month until she was taken into our rescue. She was HW positive, and quite traumatized to say the least. Her puppies were all adopted out into loving homes. Saige had to go through heart worm treatment, and has now been spayed. She has thrived in her foster home. Her foster mom says she is the most low maintenance, and loving dog she has ever taken care of. She is housebroken, crate trained, and a low shedder. Saige looks like a mix of mini pin/doxie and weighs about 8 lbs. She gives her kisses freely and loves to be held like a baby. She would be a great traveling companion as she loves riding in the car and taking walks. Saige deserves a good life. She will give back in spades.
