Leo is a handsome 7 month old lab mix. He is calm and loves to play with other dogs. Leo has masted the doggie door at his foster home . He would make a great running or hiking buddy.
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! First, CPR with be with North Shore Animal League on Friday, July 29th at Petland in Southbury, CT from 2pm-6pm. On Saturday, July 30th CPR will be at Lock, Stock, and Barrel in Bethany, CT from 10am-2pm. Lastly, CPR and North Shore will be at Petsmart in Orange, CT on Sunday, July 31st from 11am-3pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. Come meet our pups and find your forever friend!
This dog is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested negative or heartworms. The adoption fee is $375 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
