Jack is a wonderful dog who managed to fit in beautifully in his foster home! He loves everyone he meets and became instant friends with his foster siblings. Jack enjoys going on walks, and loves to run and play...but also thinks he's a lap dog and can't wait for a snuggle on the couch! Jack is about 1 1/2 years old, up to date on vaccinations, neutered, heartworm negative, and microchiped.

About Third Coast Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Third Coast Animal Rescue is a group of volunteers dedicated to helping at-risk, abused and neglected dogs find forever homes as we work towards a no-kill nation. We work tirelessly to promote and support life-saving initiatives that enable responsible pet guardianship while treating each animal and adopter as an individual. Additionally, we provide education for prospective adopters about the responsibilities of, and resources to successfully support, the addition of a dog to their families.

Our Adoption Process...

Adopting a dog follows a detailed and extensive adoption process that includes taking the time to ensure the dog and the adopting family are a good match. The adoption fee is typically $150, which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations (including rabies, distemper and parvo), worming, and a heartworm test.
Dogs will receive heartworm disease preventatives while they are in our care and any other necessary vet care.
Adopters must sign a contract agreeing to give the dog back to our rescue if the adoption does not work out, and to not sell, give away, or rehome the dog.
