My story

WOW - such a beautiful young boy ! Olaf is 1 to 1 1/2 years old and weighs 64 lbs. He is gorgeous. Olaf has had a rough start. He was pulled from a high kill shelter and got very sick on the transport to Lucky Lab Rescue. He was immediately taken to an emergency vet where he was put on IV's and in intensive care. It was touch and go for awhile, but he is a strong boy and a fighter and with the wonderful care he got, he made it. Olaf is in a wonderful foster home now enjoying the good things in life. He has canine foster siblings and feline foster siblings and is doing great with everyone. Olaf loves attention and loves his people and is eager to please. His foster mom says: 'I can’t say enough positive things about this boy. We have never met a sweeter, gentler and more loving lab. Serious perfection here folks!' Olaf knows all the basic commands and would excel in obedience classes for further training. He loves belly rubs, takes his squeaky ball everywhere, loves to go for car rides and feel that wind in his face, does well on a leash, good recall, loves playing in his wading pool, likes playing chase with his canine buddies, is house trained and crate trained. Olaf is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and is micro-chipped.
