Maya is a sweet female Dane about 3 years old. She has had her tail docked due to a case of "happy tail" that required amputation. She's great with kids and cat friendly. Maya walks great on a lead, however, she does not like other dogs so she will charge them (typically smaller dogs). We have been working with a trainer on behavior modification, and her new family will need to continue our work.
Maya's ideal home is one where the family is large breed savvy. You should have a fenced yard and Maya should be the only dog, although we will consider a meet and greet with another giant breed dog that is not dominant.
