Raggs is a happy and wiggly 2-year-old, 15-pound Norfolk Terrier mix looking for a best friend! He has a soft, silky coat and loves to be stroked and brushed. Raggs came to us from the Salinas Animal Shelter after coming in as a stray. His enthusiasm is contagious - you can't help but grin when this silly boy is nearby. Raggs has not had much in the way of formal training, and he'll need an adopter willing to teach him some basic commands and leash manners. He has already mastered sitting on laps and rolling over for belly rubs! Raggs would do best in a home with no cats.
