My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hank is quite the fellow. He is good with most medium and larger sized dogs, not small dogs, his prey drive kicks in! He's also not good with children under 8 years old.
Hank is a bit insecure, not aggressive (shy and stands off) and isn't too sure what to do in situations where he isn't the one deciding what is happening. We are working with him and he's progressing along learning that he doesn't have anything to fear. He arrived extremely dependent on having another dog with him to be secure in whatever is happening around him. His confidence level is rising and he's doing better much better with his basic commands too. Since he has always been the boss and us humans are just supposed to follow his lead, it has been an interesting experience showing him healthy boundaries and acceptable behavior. He has lots to learn but is showing us he can do it!
He is a very lovable and vocal boy that, with the proper guidance and consistency, will become an incredible companion! He does enjoy the company of other dogs, he's quite playful and loves to run and goof around with them! A home that currently has a dog would be well suited for him!
