Bennie's Story...
Meet Bennie!
Bennie is a tri color boy with brown lace coat of approximately 3 years and 10 pounds who came to us from a high kill shelter. His owners dropped him off and his crime was that he was heartworm positive. His infection is light and prognosis excellent as he is young and healthy. Bennie is getting his treatment now.
Bennie is potty trained to go outside or on potty pad. Bennie is shy but responds well to a loving person. He likes his privacy too and enjoys the soft bed in his little cave.
Bennie gets on very well with cats and all other dogs. His favorite place is her persons lap and his little cave!
Bennie would be good with a single person, couple or family. Kids would be ok! Safely over the age of 8 years please and with a small dog understanding!
Bennie is up to date with his vaccines and has been neutered. He is now on Heartworm preventative and is now negative for heartworm.
To adopt, you must do an application found on www.limbochihuahuas.org. For information you can contact Megan at 727-423-0226. Limbo Chihuahuas is a 501c3 non-profit organization and all adoption fees are considered donations and tax deductible.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bennie, a S. Pasedena Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in S. Pasedena, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in S. Pasedena.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in S. Pasedena already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a S. Pasedena breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in S. Pasedena paves the way for another one to be saved.
