APACHE's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

APACHE's Story...
APACHE is looking for a loving person or family to call his own. He is approximately 6 years old and appears to be a hound/catahoula/sharpei/lab? mix. His unusual looks and beautiful, soulful brown eyes will melt your heart. Apache is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations. He is house-broken and knows his basic commands. He is very loving with his "family" but can take a little while to warm up to new people and can be "skittish" around children so a family without young children would be best.

Apache has a lot of energy and loves to run. He would love a fenced yard and would be a great walking or running partner.

He might be fine in a home with cats given proper introduction.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

APACHE, a Media Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Media, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Media.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Media already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Media breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Media paves the way for another one to be saved.
