We are now open both Saturday & Sunday! Saturday's from noon-5pm & Sunday's from noon-4pm.
If you are looking for a super friendly kitty with a perky purrsonality, then you need look no further than our Miss Ellie! She the purrfect companion!! Ellie is very loving and usually wants to be where you are, and if you aren't sitting, she will follow you and supervise whatever you are doing! She is also skilled at non-verbal communication ;-) ..if she wants to play --and she loves wand toys-- she crouches and looks at you expectantly; if she wants a back rub, she stretches out on her side with her back arched. When she's not with you, Ellie also enjoys sitting at a sunny window watching the going's on outside.. Although she has not yet been around children or dogs, Ellie has had some time with other cats and does fine. Given her friendly and outgoing nature she should be fine in most any home environment if given a proper introduction!
Ellie was born approximately January 1, 2015, and her adoption fee is $55 or adopt 2 and the 2nd is half off. She is spayed, up to date on shots and worming, tested negative for feline leukemia and is entitled to a free well check from Mariposa Veterinary Wellness Center.
You can visit our adoptable cats and kittens Saturday's from 12pm-5pm or Sunday's from 12pm-4pm at our adoption center which is located at 12800 Santa Fe Trail Drive in Lenexa, Kansas, 66215. All our kitties are socialized and live in licensed foster homes during the week, and most come to the adoption center on the weekends. However, not every kitty attends every weekend.
