Scruffy Sammy is fair haired boy with drop dead gorgeous eyes that will melt your heart to pieces! He is 2 years and weighs 12lbs. He was found as a stray on the street and landed in the shelter and his owners never claimed him. He is now at Paw Hills sharing a room with his new buddy Trooper.
