Finley's Story...
Meet FINLEY. This little man has a heart of gold and is the sweetest little guy. Finley, is 1 year old and came to us from a local shelter. While Finley was settling into foster, we learned he was severely sick-test after test... different medications.... hospital stays, we couldn't figure it out. After the many specialists, we learned that Finley was born with tracheal stenosis (his trachea is the size of a straw). When relaxed you would never see any signs but he can get wheezy if he over does it. Finley is so sweet, he loves to cuddle, is beyond gentle, great with kids and would make a great buddy for another dog. Finley loves companionship and is completely house trained. We are in search for that special family to love Finley as we do. He has been through a lot in his short life but we now know that he can live a healthy life and deserves the best.
Email us at bowwowrevolution@gmail.com to meet him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Finley, a Chicago Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
