Hello, the people at the Muskingum County Dog Warden & Adoption Center call me Regis but that's not my real name, and unfortunately I can't tell them what it really is :( I used to belong to someone and every time I go for a walk outside, I cry and look frantic because I can't find my owners. I keep searching the vehicles in the parking lot but they don't belong to my people; I search the woods thinking maybe my owners are hiding there, but I can't find them. The longer I'm here, the more I am learning to not be so scared and to trust the new people who are taking care of me now. I do my best to keep my kennel clean and I'm learning to wag my tail again! As much as I would love to find my owners, they have not come looking for me and so it's time for me to move on. I'm looking for a new family now - one that will love me so much that if I got lost again, they would come find me!
If you are interested in adopting me, please contact the wardens in order to arrange a meet and greet with my foster parents.
