Toby's Story...
Meet Toby, a playful and easy going beagle boy that is looking for a forever home. Toby is very friendly and always happy. He really loves being outside and would love to have a family that would take him on lots of walks at the park or on the trail. He does great on leash. He likes to explore but does not pull on lead. He is crate-trained and housebroken for inside times. He is very affectionate and a lot of fun. Toby enjoys hanging out with other dogs and even likes our cats. He is very gentle and should do fine with children. Toby is 4 years old and weighs 30 lbs. He is up to date on his shots and has been neutered and microchipped. He has tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. If you would like to meet this handsome fellow please complete our adoption application form at www.cedarfarmrescue.com . After you have submitted the form please call Tony at 336.251.8877 with any questions or to set up a time to visit with Toby. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Toby, a Mocksville Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Mocksville, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Mocksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mocksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mocksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mocksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
