My story

Hi my name is Charlie, and I am a 4 year old, 16 lb Shih Tzu mix. I was surrendered to a rural shelter due to my owner's failing health. I'm a happy, friendly boy with lots of love to give! I get along well with the other dogs in my foster home and can't wait to find a home of my very own!
