Introducing Sullivan aka Sully. Sully was rescued from Tulare Animal Control. He had been found as a stray, full of fleas and ticks. His owner never came to get Sully back. Sully is a tall, young white boy about 2 years old. He is very skinny and definitely needs to gain some weight. Despite being a stray and not having much to eat, Sully is a happy and sweet boy. We'll be giving him a full evaluation in the next week or so. Sully would benefit greatly from a foster home where he get the nutrition and TLC that he needs.
