From the Tamapa Bay Times!!!  'Straight outta 'Hopelesstown' and on to 'Happyville,' Cairo is amazingly positive and well-mannered. Foster folks from Second Chance Boxer Rescue & Friends suspect that the almost 2-year-old American Bulldog/Boxer mix might have had some training before being abandoned to the streets. He posseses great leash manners and already knows 'sit.' Cairo's priorities are never in question: he loves attention, company, and food. Fully grown at 50 pounds, Cairo gets along great with kids and dogs, even smaller ones, but not so much with cats. To adopt this happy and healthy family dog, visit SaveABoxer.org.'

About Second Chance Boxer Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Second Chance” is not a second chance for dogs, because that would presume they had a first chance and failed. The majority of the dogs we rescue never had any chances, first, second, or otherwise. The name of our rescue refers to giving humans a second chance to provide a safe, healthy, and loving home and environment for our dogs, since most of these dogs come to us after they have been abused or neglected by their owners.

SCBR solely relies on volunteers to get the work done and no one receives compensation for their work. SCBR receives no funding from the government or the United Way. Our adoption fees and donations from other dog lovers cover our costs.
