~~I am Jon Snow - my foster Mom gave me this name because it is a character in a show who is a strong warrior and came back to life. She says I did the same after she rescued me from the shelter where I was picked up as a stray. I was in pretty bad shape, my foster Mom said and was heading toward my last day. I was afraid of the car and of loud noises but my foster Mom gave me so much love and talks to me in a sweet voice - even when I was dirty and dingy and whining!
I got to meet this awesome lady named Doc Jenny and she says I have some worms in my heart I have to get rid of and this tumor on my side in something called a 'surgery'. I'm not afraid though because Doc Jenny gave me belly rubs and lots of treats so I trust her! She said I will be all better! I feel like this is my FIRST of many fun days ahead!
My foster Mom says I am a whole different boy since we got home! I have a fur brother and sister who look just like me and they are so sweet and patient. I was so afraid of the stairs and the glass door where I kept bumping my head but I am getting the hang of them and Mom praises me when I do it right!
I LOVE to snuggle and give kisses and would do well in a home where I can snuggle as much as possible with my humans. I also love having fur siblings and am very social! I have a good amount of energy now but I think after my surgery, I will feel even BETTER and be able to run and play like my fur siblings!
Here's to the good life! I'll ready for a fur-ever home soon!
