Stumbles's Story...
My name is stumbles.
I am a little furball of love. My foster mommy and daddy love cuddling with me often.
I am a special needs kitty. I stumble and wobble when I walk. Sometimes my walk is a jump, but I still manage to get around.
I have learned to use a litter box a special way but do still use it. I have a few special ways of doing normal kitty things that I will go over with you if you are interested in adopting me!
I need a forever family who is loving, patient, affectionate.. have I mentioned patient?
I am looking for a special someone who has more time to spend with me at home.
In spite of my special needs, I am just as lively and happy as my siblings, and offer just as much, if not more love.
I like kids but I prefer to be around older children who will understand I am a special kitty.
I love to play with my siblings and foster parents.

Are you my special someone who will love me for the rest of my life?

I was found with my stray mommy cat. However she ran away and didn't come back so this nice foster couple from St. Francis took me and my 2 siblings in and helped me grow into the big kitty I am today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stumbles, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
