Tabina's Story...
Tabina is a nice dog. She is a little nervous about being in a shelter. She behaves as if she had a family life at one time. She feels much better when she is around people. We think she would make a nice companion. If you would like to see if she is a fit for your family, stop by and meet her at the ODCHS shelter. She is waiting...

Adoption fee is $125.00 and includes the cost of spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations and disease testing. An application with vet reference is required. We also require a home visit.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tabina, a Ozark Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Ozark, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Ozark.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ozark already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ozark breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ozark paves the way for another one to be saved.
