Hutch's Story...
"Howdy! Are you looking for an all-around great dog? Well, I'm looking for a person or family who'll love me forever, so let's get to know each other. My name is HUTCH, and I'm a fun and friendly spaniel mix boy who's about five years old. I love to play fetch like a pro, and I also love to snuggle. You get the best of both worlds with me. I have a gorgeous healthy coat, and a charming personality. I get along well with other dogs, and I'd do best in a family where the kids are older and considerate of me. I've already been house trained, and I'll sit on command. I'm a dog that will be more than just a pet, but also a cherished member of the family. Please come visit me at the El Cajon Animal Shelter so we can get to know each other better out in the nice play yard that they have here. Once you meet me, you'll see what a good boy I am. Love, Hutch"

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hutch, a El Cajon Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in El Cajon, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in El Cajon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Cajon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Cajon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Cajon paves the way for another one to be saved.
