Alfie's Story...
I’m sweet and handsome Alfie, a little kitten who’s ready to find my forever family! I’m a playful boy who loves to have fun with my brother Solomon. I love my brother (so it’d be really wonderful to find a home with him – hint, hint!) I’m a spirited and outgoing kitten who’s ready to play – fuzzy ball toys, feather toys – bring ‘em on! I have a purr machine on overdrive – I’m a happy boy and I want everyone to know it! My forever home should have a nice fuzzy blanket for me to knead on and nurse on – obviously I’m ready to be your baby! Sweet Alfie is ready to bring love to your life. Are you ready for me?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alfie, a Aldie Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Aldie, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Aldie.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Aldie already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Aldie breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Aldie paves the way for another one to be saved.
