Misty is a Chinese Crested/Yorkie mix (Designer Dog) that just came into our Rescue. Her, along with several other dogs came from a breeding home. Misty is around 4 years old and will be spayed and up to date on all her vaccines before her adoption. No more babies for our little girl. It's time for her to be a little Princess and be spoiled like all companion animals long for. She is presently in one of our foster homes and getting the proper love and attention she deserves. We are potty training her as well. We are looking for a family that will continue to shower her with endless hugs and show her that she is loved for the beautiful companion that she is. She prefers an adult environment, however, if there are children in the home, they must be over the age of 15.

About Atlantic County Canines

Our Adoption Process...

Our pet adoption fees are based on the medical cost of the dog you would like to adopt. It can range anywhere from $75 to $400 depending on the extent of care they need. All dogs are brought up to date on their shots, including Rabies, they are spayed/neutered, microchipped and free of parasites. They are also tested for Heartworm and Lymes disease. Because of the poor treatment given to some of these animals by their previous owners, many need dentals and there are some that test positive for Heartworm and/or Lymes. These treatments are very expensive and the Rescue can only pay their hospital costs from adoption fees. We are a non-profit organization that relies strictly on donations.
