Pettie's Story...
This handsome little guy is Pettie, we’re not sure of the breed, but he’s fully grown and weighs less than 25 pounds. He is a young dog, but out of the puppy stage, so housebroken and no chewing! He gets along great with other dogs and doesn't bother cats.

He really enjoys the outdoor life, and loves to chase the critters out of his yard! The thing he loves most is to be with his humans, and he is great with kids. Pettie really needs a loving forever home to call his own.

Pettie has been neutered, and is current on all vaccinations.

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Schertz, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Schertz.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Schertz already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Schertz breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
