Ginger is a beautiful yellow lab mix who is approximately 5 months old and 45 pounds. She is a sweet dog who is a little timid at first, but will quickly become a part of your family. While Ginger is very calm in the house and does well in a crate, she becomes a different dog when off her leash in our fenced in backyard. That's where her puppy energy is on full display! Ginger is super fast and quite a jumper, so would be great for agility training. She has been around our 6 kids (9-15), female golden retriever, 2 cats, and 2 ducks. She does like to chase the cats and ducks, but hasn't shown any aggression towards them. Ginger gets nervous about riding in the car, so has to be lifted into it. However, she is a great and calm rider once on board. Due to her age, she has not been tested for heartworms, but is on a heartworm and flea preventative. She has also been recently spayed. This adorable girl is going to be a sweet addition to the lucky family who adopts her!
