Daisy's Story...
She's a gentile little dog who's delightfully inquisitive, patient and affectionate. Due to a series of tragedies with her family, Daisy has found herself in CASA's foster care where we'll be getting her vet work done and finding her a great home. Any prospective adopter should know that her ex-person said she'd had Daisy groomed every three months. Daisy weighs about 22 pounds and is just over two years old. She's a wee bit shy at first, but in no time at all, she warms right up. We're told she had been around a cat in the past and she's OK with other dogs, but she doesn't like rambunctious or rowdy play or dogs that are too loud or pushy. So if you have a mellow household and can give her a lot of love, contact us about Daisy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Ferryville Bichon Frise/Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise/Corgi for sale in Ferryville, or seeking a Bichon Frise/Corgi dog from a breeder in Ferryville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ferryville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ferryville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise/Corgi breeders who help with Bichon Frise/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ferryville paves the way for another one to be saved.
