My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB 3/1/15
After seeing Minnie's shelter picture, we knew she needed out ASAP! She was so thin at only 25 lbs, and now after a lot of TLC from her foster, she is 40 lbs. Upon arriving on transport, she greeted everyone with tail wagging and kisses, she knew she was now safe. We think she might be Border Collie/Pit mix and about 1 yr old. After arriving at her foster home, she got to learn what being a puppy was all about, learning how to play and what a dog toy is. She has blossomed into a beautiful, happy, affectionate, active pup, who loves to go on walks. Minnie is not a fan of the crate, but doesn't need one since she does great without one. Cuddling up with her foster family at bed time, is one of her favorite things. Since she was an outside dog, she had to learn about housebreaking. She enjoys, is playful with and friendly with other dogs. Now that she has been shown what life should be like, she is looking for her forever family to continue showing her what love is.
