Butch - N's Story...
Introducing Butch. Butch is a sweet, handsome older fella who has a very mellow, laid back disposition. He gets along with other dogs, seems fine with cats and walks pretty well on leash. How wonderful it would be for him to be given the comforts of a loving home with a forever family to live out his golden years with. His estimated year of birth is 2007-08 and his weight is around 50 lbs. If you are interested in Butch, please email RickyC68@aol.com and please include a phone number where you can be reached. Thank you.
Smiling Dog Farms is a sanctuary for the forgotten, neglected and rejected. Our dogs come from shelters and rescues all across America. All dogs that are deemed adoptable are up to date on shots, spayed or neutered, and on heartworm prevention. Many of our dogs live in Wharton Texas, but we have very safe, reliable transport to the northeastern states.
Our Adoption Process...
Most of the dogs that come to our Sanctuary have had a scary background of being left to die in animal shelters across the country. Understandably, we are very careful in our approving our adoptions as we are dedicated to ensuring that this dogs truly go to a "forever" home. As a result, our process is stringent, requiring an application, home visit, vet and reference checks and an adoption contract. We want the adoption to be a match made in heaven for both the new adoptive parents and the adopted dog.
