Lily *COURTESY LISTING*'s Story...
THIS IS NOT A WAGS AND WHISKERS DOG!!!

Lily is a beautiful 6 year old bully mix. She is more of a pocket bully! She stands below the knee and is stocky! She weighs around 55lbs. She was dumped at Wags and Whiskers vet and the Doctor didn't have the heart to euthanize her. So she has spent the last several months living at our vet and being cared for by the staff! Lily can be dog selective with larger dominant dogs. Her favorite buddy at the clinic is a little terrier and they go out in the play yard together! Small toddlers do make her nervous. She is crate trained and always holds it until she is let outside! She loves people and is a laid back girl. She's utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and spayed!

All dogs have a $150 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lily *COURTESY LISTING*, a Grand Bay American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Grand Bay, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Grand Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
