Kermit's Story...
Kermit is a beautiful 8-9 month old Yellow Lab/Pointer mix who we pulled to safety several months back with his 8 siblings! They were on death row at a rural high kill shelter in Mississippi! They were loaded with parasites and covered in fleas and ticks! They have been treated for all of their issues and are now happy healthy pups! Kermit loves to play with toys and other dogs! He also loves to be petted and to lounge on the couch! He's being house and kennel trained! He does well on a leash. He's utd, dewormed and neutered!

All puppies have a adoption fee of $150 which includes vet check, age appropriate shots, dewormer, rabies shot if atleast 16 weeks of age and spay! Puppies can not go to their adoptive families until they have had 2 sets of shots and been spayed. With an approved application a puppy can be reserved if a $50 non refundable deposit is put down! The deposit will be applied to the adoption fee and $100 will be due at the time of pick up! Get your applications in now!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kermit, a Grand Bay Labrador Retriever/Pointer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pointer for sale in Grand Bay, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pointer puppy from a breeder in Grand Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pointer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
