Chelsea's Story...
Tiny Chelsea was the smallest of the boat kittens. She knows how dangerous and scary life can be for a kitten. Their only protection was their mother who hid them and was raising them in a boat. Without her Chelsea knew they were in trouble. But that's in the past. The future is looking bright. This happy sweet girl is hoping for a forever home with kind people who will love her and keep her safe. She loves to cuddle and purr then run play with the other kittens. She needs at least one other kitty to play with and kitty toys and lots of snuggle and play time with her new family. And a cat tree by the window would make life perfect. It's fun watching the birds but she's glad she's an indoor kitty now. Like her brother and sister she is very trusting and friendly and she should be very carefully introduced to a family dog to keep her safe. Please show this sweet little girl how great life can be.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chelsea, a Scottsdale Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
