I am a 20 lb adorable scruffy Terrier mix. People love having cute dogs like me. Then why don’t I have a family? My foster Mommy and I decided we should send out a message about the kind of home I'm looking for, and see if my forever family is listening.
I love people. I'm a great snuggler and know how to keep my foster mommy warm at night. I love it extra much if she lets me snuggle under the covers. I really need a family that lets me snuggle!
I'm good with kids but older kids are best because they like it calm and I do, too. I am over a year old but I still have occasional potty accidents. My foster Mommy thinks my first family may have been real mean to me when I had accidents, so I try to hold it as long as I can and sometimes I just can't hold it anymore. When I do have accidents she takes me outside and praises me when I finish out there, but she never gets mad or raises her voice. I'm feeling better about this whole potty thing and am getting better, and I need a home that will keep working with me. I’m down to about one accident a week – that’s not too bad, right?
So there you have it. To most of you, you may think that I'm super cute but I'm not perfect for you. And that's okay, I only need one person to think I'm perfect. My Foster Mommy says she is sure my forever family is out there.
Maybe it's you? What do you think?
