Andy is an adorably tiny 5lb, 6-7 year old white chihuahua!
He is neutered, up to date on shots, chipped and recently had a dental done.
Andy loves nothing more than to cuddle and bury his head in your lap. He's very food motivated and this smart little guy learns tricks super fast! Andy is a great travel companion, he loves going on walks and is chill in the car. He can be a little shy around new people but he warms up quickly. He is potty trained, very quiet and a funny little guy!
Andy is good with cats and other small dogs, he's not super playful with other animals but he does love a good snuggle in bed! He would make a great companion and is looking for that special someone who will treasure him!
Waggytail Rescue is committed to helping LA's at risk dogs by bringing them One By One to NYC where demand for small adoptable dogs is high! With our Waggy West Rescue mission we are dedicated to providing these dogs the compassion, care and companionship they deserve from the second they leave the shelter to the moment they arrive in their forever home. All of our LA rescues are available for adoption in LA until a freedom flight to NYC is arranged!
More info about our adoption process is available here. Please email applications to firstname.lastname@example.org with the dog's name in the title!
We are looking for short term fosters that can commit to caring for small dogs for a week or two before we fly them with a volunteer to NYC for adoption! We are also looking for volunteers who are flying LAX to NYC who can chaperone a pup in their freedom flight! Waggytail covers the cost of the dog's ticket and will provide an airline approved carrier. Please contact us at email@example.com to become a volunteer transporter.
