My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Andy was a little nervous around people when he first arrived. But now that he knows things are good he greets everyone he meets with a wagging tail. He's an absolute sweetheart and very smart. Learned how to use the doggy door from watching his foster buddies. He's more than happy to snuggle on the couch but also enjoys a good romp around during playtime. When people are up and about he follows them around the house always interested in what's going on. He's great with other dogs and would probably be ok with kitties too. A poodle mix, about 3 years old and just 10 lbs.

All of our dogs have been spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, had rabies, bordetella and distemper/lepto/parvo vaccines as well as been de-wormed and had flea medication applied. They come with a free vet check at Mt. Tabor Vet Care. We offer a 10% discount for seniors, veterans and students. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We don't adopt our small dogs out to families with children under 6 years of age. All of our dogs are in foster homes. We have an adoption application and check references.We are not first come, first served and often have multiple applications for the same dog, in which case we reserve the right to choose the home we feel is best. Pound to Posh is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to saving dogs from high kill shelters.
