Hi! I'm Powell, a big, sweet guy with huge feet and a giant purr. I was a stray but am way too sensitive a fellow to make it on my own. I was a little  traumatized by the whole idea. I belong in a home. I need a person who can be patient and understanding while we learn to trust each other because I can be scared in a new environment. Once I know you, I love petting, and that kind of attention will really get me purring. Since joining my friend Slinky in my foster home, I've learned to play again. And I'm a catnip addict. Slinky and I have really helped each other come out of our shells. We have really bonded so we do need to be adopted together. I am currently in foster care and not at the adoption center.

Powell's and Slinky's combined adoption fee is $220.

About Feline Rescue, Inc.

Our Adoption Process...

By adopting a Feline Rescue cat you will be supporting a caring, no-kill shelter and making room for one more homeless cat. We are always looking for good, safe, loving homes for our many cats and kittens. We want to be sure placements are a success for both parties, so before we send our feline friends home with anyone, we ask you to fill out a basic questionnaire. Since we work with cats everyday we will be able to suggest a perfect match to your needs. If a sponsorship fits your schedule better, you may support a cat of your choice and we will send you pictures and updates. All of our cats are feline leukemia/FIV tested, fecal tested, neutered/spayed, vaccinated and all of our kittens are vet checked, fecal checked and given their first set of shots. All receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. We charge an adoption fee to offset these costs. Adoption Hours: We are open seven days a week for adoptions, but our hours do vary because we are staffed entirely by volunteers. Call (651) 642-5900 for specific times and more information.
