My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Monroe is a very young, affectionate and friendly 14 pound male Shih Tzu. We estimate his age as 1.5-2 years. He ended up at Animal Control in Southern GA. He was matted beyond recognition, so went to the local Vet for a complete shave down. Monroe will have gorgeous long hair when his coat grows out.

Monroe lives in a foster home with lots of other dogs and gets along well with children, too. He knows how to use a doggie door and is crate trained.

All he needs now is a permanent home to call his own.

Monroe has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. His adoption fee is $250.00.
