Mookie's Story...
Meet Mookie! This little guy is absolutely adorable. He is crate trained, rides well in the car, loves kids, and does well with other dogs. In fact, he has already made a doggie friend here - Sprinkles! They love to go on walks and car rides together. They can certainly be adopted out together but it is not necessary. We think he would do fine with cats too. Mookie is about 4 yrs old, up to date on vaccines, and currently has a neuter appointment.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mookie, a Glocester Border Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Glocester, or seeking a Border Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Glocester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glocester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glocester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Border Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glocester paves the way for another one to be saved.
