My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Abe is such a handsome, curious, sensitive, sweetheart of a boy. He loves hugs, knows sit, and loves to play fetch. He would be a great companion for someone who is active, or for an active family. He loves his toys, and if he doesn't have someone to play with, will throw them in the air and entertain himself! Abe is a strong silent kind of a guy... it is a very rare occasion to hear him bark! He does fine when left in his kennel when his foster family is away from the house, and sleeps in the bedroom with his foster mom, sometimes on the bed, sometimes the floor next to it. Abe is being fostered with other dogs and really enjoys playtime with them! He also seems to really love kids, though he has only spent time with older children in his foster home. Abe is about 1-2 years old and weighs about 55lbs.

Since we don't know at all what doggy genes are in the dogs make up (we don't know who mom and dad are!), we are just guessing on breed.

All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They have all had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer, are treated for fleas, have a heartworm test if over 6 months old and are up to date on a heartworm preventative.

We also have an Adoptable Dog Meet & Greet on Saturday August 20, 2016, at Fetch Delivers Warehouse, 783 Harding St. NE. Suite 150, Minneapolis, MN 55413, from noon - 2 pm. Occasionally dogs cannot make it to the Meet & Greet, therefore feel free to verify if your dog of interest is able to attend. Please bring a copy of your pre-adoption application.
