Hi, my name is Oreo and how handsome am I. I am a 1 1/2 year old miniature dapple Dachshund who weighs around 13 lbs. I am a little shy at first but it does not take me long to become comfortable around humans and other dogs. I love to chew and play with toys so please make sure you have lots of them for me. I am not fond of the leash but my foster mom is working with me. I do love to go outside to run, explore and play with the other dogs here, so a fenced in yard is a MUST. I tend to use my big dog voice when placed in a kennel so an apartment would not be the best place for me. I am coming right along with my house training. I use potty pads most of the time but then there are times where I forget. Since there are no children where I am being fostered we do not know if I get along with them or not. Oreo is up to date on all shots, heart worm negative, on heart worm preventative, microchiped, de-wormed, and neutered. Oreo’s adoption fee is $300.00. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
