Our rescue will be at the Palo Alto Pet Food Express Saturday, December 10th from 1-4pm and Sunday, December 11th from 12-3pm. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated and microchipped.

* If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, for an application. * We do not have a facility. All dogs live in foster homes. Arrangements to meet dogs occur after an approved application has been accepted. * We do not ship our dogs for any reason. * Our adoption fee is $400 for each dog/puppy. * If it is on a weekend of our adoptions, follow us on @DPSRescue on Twitter to get real time updates on our adoptions. We will also post at the end of the evening the names of those dogs who have been adopted:

The Always Sunny litter is 4 1/2 months old and has 3 males and one female. The boys are super friendly and get along with everyone. They're playful and love their toys. They are climbing monkeys and love to dive bomb off the couch or hang from their cat tree. They also love to snuggle and cuddle. They're really the best of both worlds. They're amazing little kitties who will make fabulous companions for a home that wants a friendly and outgoing kitten.

The Always Sunny litter was taken care of by wonderful man who found them in his yard. He was never a cat person but he took care of them and loved them. When they were old enough to go to their new homes we were contacted and agreed to take them in.

The kittens are full of life. They are currently living in a home with dogs and cats. They will easily acclimate to just about any type of home.

Adoption Fee: $150. Our kittens are spayed/neutered, shots current, dewormed, frontline for fleas and ticks, microchipped and FELV/AIDS negative.

**Not all of our dogs go to each adoption event. We want to make sure if you are interested in a dog that we have the dog at adoptions but that can only happen if you fill out an application ahead of time and are pre-approved. (Generally this must happen prior to the weekend)

**If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event, please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it. You may still submit it and if time and volunteers permit, we will contact you. Most applications submitted the weekend of adoptions are not responded to until after the adoption weekend.

About Doggie Protective Services (DPS) - Palo Alto

About Our Rescue Group...

We are passionate folks who love dogs and love people! We strive to make the most appropriate match between human and canine. Because our dogs live in foster homes we know about their temperament and personality and therefore can help families and individuals decide if the dog is a good match or not. We are excited to help people find the right pooch for them and look forward to meeting great folks and welcoming them into the DPS Family.
