With a name like ''Hoggs'' you can bet there is alot to learn about me! I am a 3 1/2 year old pit bull. Don''t be put off by my size as I am a gentle giant in search of affection. I lost my last home because my owner could no longer take care of me so VCAS took me in. I love to be around people, whether it is walking on a leash or participating in Canine Confidence classes, where incidentally, at least two of the volunteers teaching it fell in love with me. I don''t like to brag but I am a very quick learner and can learn most any task at lightening speed. I am ok with other dogs as I don''t pay them much attention. Frankly, the only one less than perfect habit I have is I sometimes pull on a leash, but you can correct that pretty easily with yummy treats. Let''s be honest here, I LOVE attention and will do anything you want just to get your love and praise!
