lossom is a very playful, friendly, all around cutie - Diluted Calico, short hair domestic feline. She was born at a gas station with her 4 siblings. Her mother, a black and white Tuxedo, and brothers and sisters were rescued and now this little girl is ready for a new home of her own. She has been wormed, and had 1 vaccination (waiting for the boosters). When she is a little bigger, she will be getting her rabies vaccination, microchip, and spay. Right now, Blossom, named for how well she is blossoming into a beautiful cat, loves to run, play, jump and climb with her friends. She is a little shy compared to her litter mates but each day, Blossom is making leaps and bounds to show off her soft and cuddly personality. She has gone from timid to asking to be held. She also likes her ears rubbed. Blossom lives with her foster family of humans, including 2 seven year old girls, and a number of older kittens, cats, and dogs of all sizes. If you would like to consider adding Blossom to your pride, please contact SAVE. Blossom's foster mom loves to brag about all her cuteness. Notice that there is another kitten very similar to Blossom in the "family picture". Her name is Button. You can see this little family's video at:

About S.A.V.E. Rescue Coalition - TX Chapter

About Our Rescue Group...

S.A.V.E. Rescue Coalition works to promote adoption through new adoption events, more public exposure of pets for adoption, and help the public make a good match with an adoptable animal.
Rescue groups work very hard to save animals every day, often using their own money, sacrificing time with family etc. We have animals from shelters and the streets of Houston that are now adoptable pets and we area helping these animals find permanent, loving homes.
We are all volunteer and no funds are spent for salaries, benefits etc. All money goes directly to the rescue group or their animals.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Please vist our website or Facebook page for a list of coming events.

Our Adoption Process...

Adoption fee range from $150-200 for dogs and $75-100 for cats and each animal is altered, microchipped and current on all vaccinations. You will be required to complete an application for your selected pet. You can do so at Processing may take up to 3 days. The application will include previous pet experience and vet info, how you will house your new pet and a little about your lifestyle so that we can be sure your pet will mesh with your family's activity level. We want you to have a permanent family member so we will take great care to assure that you find a suitable companion.
