Hi there! My name is Clovis! When I first came to Pawmetto Lifeline, I didn't understand what I had done to end up in such a place. Although I have been loved with great care, the constant noise of other animals and people greatly overwhelmed my sweet little soul. I appreciate the finer things in life, such as keeping to myself on a plush bed while thinking about the workings of the universe and dining on exquisite delicacies. I'm a calm, serious girl, who would be the perfect companion to curl up next to you while you read a good book and sip a cup of tea on a rainy day. My perfect home would be one where I am the only pet. I enjoy meeting new people, but on my own terms. I am litter box trained. Would you please extend your home and heart to me - a true diamond in the rough?

My adoption fee includes my spay surgery, deworming, microchip, up-to-date vaccinations, and FIV/FELV Combo Test. I've even started on my monthly flea and heartworm preventatives - what more could you ask for?! I am a part of the priority adoption program at Pawmetto Lifeline. Please contact Pawmetto Lifeline at (803) 465-9170 to find out more about adopting me. You can learn more at http://www.pawmettolifeline.org/adopt/priority_adoptions/

Love,
Clovis

About Pawmetto Lifeline

About Our Rescue Group...

Pawmetto Lifeline is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit animal rescue organization solving pet overpopulation in the Midlands. There are over 20,000 homeless pets in the Midlands and over 17,000 are euthanized each year. Our plan uniquely positions us to correct this problem through four distinct initiatives: Adoption, Medical, Rescue Collaboration, and Education efforts.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Pawmetto Lifeline is open for adoptions Monday-Friday from 12 noon-7 pm, Saturday from 10 am-7 pm and Sunday from 12 noon-5 pm. Some cats are also available for adoption daily at all Petsmart locations in the Columbia area. (Currently there are Petsmart locations in Harbison, Lexington and the Northeast on Two Notch Road.)

Our Adoption Process...

All prospective adopters are required to complete an application and go through a short interview process. Once approved the adoption fees are paid and the adopter is able to bring the pet home the same day.

Adoption fees for cats and kittens are $100 and include their spay or neuter, all vaccinations appropriate for their age and they are microchipped.

Adoption fees for dogs and puppies start at $150 and include their spay or neuter, all vaccinations appropriate for their age and they are microchipped.
