I am currently a 'hidden gem' at Greenhill! This means that while I'm not on the main adoption floor I'm still available for adoption! Please ask the staff for more info on how to go about meeting me!

Volunteers are talking about me: "Hugh is smart, affectionate, loves play, knows lots of training, lots of personality!"

Do you like other dogs? I really don’t like other dogs and cannot be around them. I’m all the dog you’ll ever need!

What do you think about cats? I will need a cat-free home please.

So how do you do with kids? I’m very friendly but rambunctious so may be too much for the little ones. I would be willing to meet older kids!

How would you describe your energy level? I have a medium to high energy level.

What are some of your favorite hobbies? I enjoy following my nose on walks and playing with people.

How much do you weigh? I weigh 51 pounds.

How old are you? I’m around 6 years old.

What qualities are you looking for in a human? I’m seeking an experienced home where I’m strictly the only pet in the home. A nice quiet home with a secure yard in the country would be ideal!

My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, and more!

Please note that in order to make the best match possible, potential adopters must come to Greenhill in person to meet with an animal, as well as kennel staff, to complete the adoption process. All members of the household (including other dogs) should be present to ensure the chosen dog is compatible with everyone.
