Bailey is a 9 year old Shepherd mix, he was a wonderful family dog for 9 years, before circumstances changed and they were no longer able to keep him. He loves other dogs, and would be most successful in a home where he can have another canine companion. He does have a prey drive, so he needs a home without small animals (cats). He’s been good with kids and doing well with his training manners. He just loves to be outside and lay in the sun.
Some notes from our campers:

Dear adopter of Bailey,

Thank you for choosing Bailey! I'm Isabel, one of the campers at WARL. This week I had the opportunity to do lots of great stuff at this camp. We got to bond with the dogs in their kennels and Bailey immediately became one of my favorites. Bailey is the sweetest dog, and prefers to be with other dogs. Bailey is one of the older dogs, so it really touches me that you're considering adopting Bailey, because as you know, older dogs don't get adopted as easily. I guarantee you will never regret adopting this animal. Please consider putting Bailey with another dog. Please please please send some follow up pictures I'd love to see how Bailey is doing. Thank you so much!

Sincerely,
Bailey Lover,
Isabel
